This is just to let you know that the June 7th concert has been rescheduled to 1:30pm.

Thanks for your flexibility and understanding!! (Explanation is below for anyone who is curious, but you can absolutely stop reading the email here haha).

After learning about the field test and scheduling for 10:30am at our meeting yesterday, I realized we actually wouldn't have enough turnaround time after the concert to tear down sound equipment, drive out to Fort Saskatchewan, and set-up again for the second concert at the other teacher's school. So, we swapped and they took the morning instead (as their school is K-4 only, which means there is no PAT conflict and we can start earlier!).
